• DB2: Optimized SmartSource repository
• Rational Application Developer: The software development /UI Portal development is on Rational Application Developer (RAD). Customer will need RAD for any customizations.
• Tivoli Directory Integrator: Synchronization between user data and SmartSource repository
• Services: Installation, Configuration and Training Services
