Kishan Siram

         Kishan Siram is the President, CEO and founder of Amatra. Kishan is responsible for the overall leadership, vision and strategic direction of the company. In his role, Kishan leads the product management, business development, sales and finance strategies for Amatra. Kishan works with stakeholders, partners and customers in Government, Public Safety, Emergency Management, Education and Enterprises to position Amatra as their preferred Smart Communications Solution provider.

As a long time technologist with over a decade and a half experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions for various Fortune 500 companies Kishan is the chief visionary and architect of the Amatra SmartSourceTM solution. Amatra’s solution (formerly branded E-Connect) is featured in the IBM Global Solutions Directory and is certified in the IBM Government NCO framework.

Kishan holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University has also published papers on “Asynchronous Transaction Management in a Heterogeneous Distributed Environment”.

Nanditha Siram

         Nanditha is the Vice-President and co-founder of Amatra. Nanditha is responsible for leading Amatra’s technical efforts including product strategy, development, operations and support. Nanditha is a seasoned technology professional with a track record of implementing technology solutions and managing technology infrastructure at various Fortune 500 companies. Drawing on her technical expertise with IBM enterprise software, Nanditha has helped architect and build the Amatra SmartSourceTM solution (formerly branded Amatra E-Connect) which was one of the first solutions to be validated by IBM as part of the “IBM Government Network Centric Operations (NCO) Framework”.

Nanditha has a strong research background with publications including IBM Redbooks – Techniques for Managing Large WebSphere Installations (ISBN 0738485713), research papers and contributing author for chapter “Distributed-Object Computing Tools” in the book entitled “Tools and Environments for Parallel and Distributed Computing” (ISBN:978-0-471-33288-6). Nanditha developed a Framework for Interoperation of Distributed Heterogenous Software Components which is published in her thesis “An Architecture for the UniFrame Resource Discovery Service” (a project funded by Department of Defense and Office of Naval Research).

Nanditha graduated from Purdue University with a Masters Degree in Computer Science and has done her undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering.
